As part of an ongoing process of collaboration with Banteay Srei and the Women’s Resource Center in Cambodia, we worked from 2 to 14 January 2023 with the staff of their teams in Siem Reap and Battambang to discuss interventions and improve skills – ranging from technical skills, self-care to management issues. A useful experience that we hope to continue regularly! The teams help women deal with their daily problems by addressing practical issues while dealing with emotional and psychosocial barriers that hinder effective solutions. And the team members themselves benefit from new skills to help themselves, in order to be better helpers for others.
